When a truck, trailer or piece of equipment is off the road for broken glass, it is not just a repair — it is a unit that cannot earn. Eden Auto Glass replaces windshields, door glass and cab glass on commercial vehicles and heavy equipment across the Memphis area, and we come to where the unit is parked so it does not have to be driven or hauled to a shop. Call (901) 881-9750 with the unit and glass details for a quote.

What We Work On

  • Class 6–8 trucks and sleeper cabs — windshields and door glass
  • Box trucks, service bodies and utility trucks
  • Street sweepers and other municipal and contractor vehicles
  • Heavy equipment cab glass, including telehandlers and boom cranes
  • Light-duty work vehicles, vans and pickups (see auto glass replacement)

Why On-Site Matters for a Fleet

Most of the work below was done where the vehicle or machine was already sitting — a yard, a job site, a lot. For a fleet, that is usually the difference between losing part of a day and losing the whole day. Equipment with a damaged cab window often cannot legally or safely be driven to a shop at all, which makes on-site replacement the only practical option.

How a Fleet Job Works

  1. Send the unit details: year, make and model or machine type, and which piece of glass is damaged.
  2. For trucks, the VIN helps identify options such as heated glass, sensors or acoustic interlayers.
  3. Eden sources the correct glass and confirms scheduling with your yard or site contact.
  4. A technician performs the replacement at the unit’s location.
  5. You receive care and warranty information before the unit goes back into service.

Fleet and Commercial Questions

Can you work on our vehicles at our yard?

In most cases, yes. On-site service is the normal way we handle fleet work. We need a safe, legal spot with enough room to work around the unit, and access to it at the scheduled time.

Do you replace glass on equipment, not just trucks?

Yes. Cab glass on machines such as telehandlers, loaders and boom cranes is part of what we do. Machine make, model and the position of the glass are the details we need to identify the right part.

What information do you need to quote a fleet job?

For road vehicles: year, make, model and the VIN where available, plus which piece of glass is damaged. For equipment: the machine make and model and the glass position. Photos of the damage help.

Can you handle more than one unit at a time?

Send the full list when you call. How many units can be scheduled together depends on the glass each one needs and what is available, so it is best to talk through the list rather than assume.
